With the business operating within Malaysia and Singapore we plan to make sure our yacht meets all regional safety regulations and EU regulations regardless of the fact that yacht is outside the UK. The business is a UK registered company with a qualified Yachtmaster. Local guide and other services will be provided upon request.
Customers will be given a full safety instruction on arrival and before customers board the yacht and revised weekly. Plus all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as lifejackets, wet weather gear and harnesses will be provided by the skipper who will specify during instruction when lifejackets must be worn.
